  • After Project Commencement: Once work has started (e.g., design mockups created, initial documentation drafted, or server environments provisioned), project cancellations will be evaluated on a pro-rata basis based on the work already completed.

A. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following fees and services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Government Fees & Stamp Duties: Any statutory, filing, or government fees paid directly to government portals or registration bodies (e.g., MCA, Trademark Registry, GST portal).
  • Third-Party Costs: Expenses incurred for domain names, web hosting, premium plugins, third-party software licenses, or Digital Signature Certificates (DSC).
  • Completed Work: Services that have been fully executed, delivered, or filed on your behalf.

B. Eligible Refunds

A full or partial refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Payments: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error.
  2. Service Non-Performance: If we are unable to initiate or perform the agreed-upon service due to internal reasons within 14 business days of receiving all required documentation and payments from you.
  3. Cancellation Prior to Initiation: If you cancel an order within 24 hours of payment before any initial work or filing has been started.

4. Client Obligations & Delays

To complete your services efficiently, we rely on timely inputs, documents, and approvals from your side.

  • Refunds will not be provided if project delays or rejections are caused by incomplete documentation, inaccurate information, or lack of communication/response from the client lasting longer than 15 calendar days.

5. Refund Request Process

To submit a formal refund or cancellation request, please follow these steps:

6. Refund Processing & Mode of Settlement

  • Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI) used during the transaction.
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment gateway provider.
  • Any transaction charges levied by payment gateways during the initial transaction may be deducted from the final refund amount.
