Payments

Revisions

Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the completed website design and custom-developed content created specifically for the client will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pragnya Digital reserves the right to:
- Retain ownership of proprietary development tools, frameworks, templates, and reusable code.
- Display completed projects in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless restricted by a written confidentiality agreement.
Third-Party Services

Maintenance and Support

Pragnya Digital respects the confidentiality of all client information. Any confidential business information shared during a project will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law or with the client’s written consent.
Prohibited Use
Users agree not to:
